1. Old passport no.
2. Recent digital photo
3. To bring when collecting new passport:
a. old passport
b. photocopy of IC
Once payment is completed, you will get the following receipt:
btw based on the site, it stated passport can be collected withtin 2 hours.
You will see the collection time on the receipt.
But at the same time, you can also check the collection status.
I actually completed the online application and payment by 5pm.
It took me less than 10minits to complete the whole online thing.
But 3 hours before that I was contemplating to do it online or not because I couldnt find any review on the net isk isk. yes im easily paranoid..
