i bet most of us haf red the news as attached below below for the past two days kan kan kan..

my first intital reaction was... astaghfirullah.. yuck yuck yuck.. aku selalu gi ikea.. u know, to have the famous swedish meatbalss.. but then again.. still... yuck yuck yuck..

anyhow, as i was browsing thru theSun online just now, there was a verrry big announcement from ikea on page 5 in the financialdaily section..

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF RESTAURANT & CAFE im quoting only one point (tak larat nk type!) to avoid any concrn and to allay the fear of all customers and co-workers concerned, and as precautionary measure, we will be condcuting the process of 'samak' or religious cleansing of the food service utensils with the guidance or relevant religious organistion

very good eh.. fast action.. but then again.. from what i can see is that the damage has been done..

for mahself, it'll take long for the confidence level of trust to be back ther for the restaurant.. too bad la eh..

i remebered last time mase kecik kecik.. the nearest fast food was KFC which was in Sitiawan... at that time we just got back from Australia.. and the news that we got was, ayam kt KFC tak sembelih.. uwaaaaaAAAaaa.. nearly 7-9 years jugak tak jejak... but to that cawangan je laa.. kalau pi ipoh still makan jugak...hahhaha.. tu zaman blom ader internet lagi tu.. hehehehhe

Malam semalam, kalau ada sesiapa yang tengok Buletin Utama TV3 pasti tau TV3, Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia (PPIM) & Kementerian apa lagi satu saya tak ingat telah membuat serbuan ke satu kilang membuat 'sausage' di kawasan Selangor. 'Sausage' tersebut menggunakan usus khinzir dan TV3 turut hadir. Malangnya jenama sausage tersebut tidak dibagitahu

Hari ni, sebab perasaan membuak2 nak tau, I personally called-up TV3's news room and was told that the brand is manufactured by Muller's Sausage Haus Sdn. Bhd and they are also the supplier for Ikea !! (Kalau pernah pergi Ikea you all mesti tau about cafe makanan kat Ikea tu). Yang untuk Ikea tu namanya 'Varmkorv'. 

katanya Buletin Utama akan buat more coverage tonite.
